FRIDAY COCKTAIL - SPIKED CIDER!
This will be the SIGNATURE cocktail at our Thanksgiving Feast!!
Not a huge rum fan, but this is delicious!
Ingredients:

1/2 cup Dark Rum
1/2 cup Cinnamon Schnapps
1 granny smith apple, peeled, chucked and skewered
1/2 lemon, juiced
Mix cider, rum and schnapps in a large pitcher. Coat the apple chucks with the lemon juice so they don't brown and skewer a few for each cocktail. Pour the cider mixture in a glass with ice and garnish with apples.
