FRIDAY COCKTAIL - LIQUID MARIJUANA!

This Super Bowl finds the competition between the only two states who have legalized the recreational use of marijuana!  So if you would like to celebrate that Freedom - here ya go!

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Spiced Rum
1/2 oz Blue Curacao Liqueur
1/2 oz Coconut Rum
1/2 oz Melon Liqueur
splash of sweet and sour mix
pineapple juice

Combine first 5 ingredients in a shaker with ice.  Shake vigorously.  Strain into a martini glass and fill with pineapple juice.

FRIDAY COCKTAIL - POLAR VORTEX SLUSH!

Sorry this is a day late - long Friday for me.

As we all tried not to freeze to death in the midst of the Nationwide "Polar Vortex" this baby could have been the answer.  Tastes a bit tropical to fool you into a warm state.

Ingredients:

1 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Kahlua
1/2 cup light coconut milk (from a can)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
handful of ice

Combine all the ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until ice is fully crushed.  Pour in your favorite glass or a thermos so your hands don't get cold.
