Now don't get all excited, I thought maybe I would randomly start blogging again. Thanks to Steve E. for the first Friday cocktail in a long long time. I was glad the 365 recipes in 365 days ended, and more importantly that all those recipes are saved on the internet so I don't have to look through my binder full of recipes on scraps of paper. So Happy Friday and Happy June 1st!!!!!
Ingredients:
2 oz scotch
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz honey
slice of ginger and lemon for garnish
Mix ingredients in a shaker and pour over ice in a rock's glass. Garnish with ginger and lemon. And as Steve eloquently said....
BOOM SO GOOD!
