FRIDAY COCKTAIL - TROPICAL STORM!!!

It is SUMMER people!!!!  The key to this cocktail is to use the freshest pineapple juice you can find.  If you have a juicer - perfect! The most amazing beach drink ever....but pace yourself..

this recipe serves 8

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh pineapple juice
2 cups fresh orange juice
1 cup white rum
3/4 cup high-proof dark rum
3 tbl Campari
orange wedges and maraschino cherries

Pour all ingredients in a pitcher, cover and refrigerate for 4-1/2 hours.  Divide among 8 ice filled hurricane glasses and garnish with orange wedges and maraschino cherries....umbrellas optional.
