FRIDAY COCKTAIL - DRUNKEN ELF!

The dang elf was supposed to blog this yesterday but obviously drank too many of them and with a hang over is posting today...

Ingredients:

1 oz Bacardi Golden Rum
1 oz Pink Lemonade
Candy canes for crushing on the rim and one for garnish

Crush some candy canes and wet the rim of a tall glass.  Dip the glass in the crushed candy canes.  In a shaker with ice combine rum and lemonade....pour into the glass with ice.
