Note for this cocktail: The floating pieces of spearmint are the bursts of good luck! Don't skimp on that part or at least don't blame me if you do!!!
Ingredients:
1-1/2 parts Bourbon
3/4 parts Limoncello
2 parts fresh lemon sour
5-6 minced spearmint leaves
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and mix well until shaker is cold. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel.
