Let's move on from Valentine's Day and "prime the pumps" as it were, for St. Patrick's Day. If you enjoy a minty treat, here's a great GREEN one! And as you raise the glass just remember the official toast in Ireland is "slainte" which means "To Your Health"!!!!
1 oz Creme De Menthe
1 oz Irish Whisky
Champagne
In a flute glass pour in champagne. Top with the creme de menthe and whisky....
